Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, cyber incidents, telecommunications failures, labor disruptions, civil unrest, or acts of God.

Refund Policy

  • Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
  • Prepaid fees for services not yet rendered may be refundable on a pro-rata basis, subject to the terms of the engagement agreement.
  • Initial consultation fees are communicated before the session and are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Cancellation Process

Either party may cancel or terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination provisions of the engagement agreement. To initiate a cancellation, clients should provide written notice to:

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed and delivered advisory services, reports, and deliverables.
  • Consultations and discovery sessions that have been conducted.
  • Third-party costs and disbursements incurred on the client's behalf.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:
